Cracks in the Visage presents a soundscape of dusty melodies and drifting analog drones weaving around hypnotic beats. The EP details early thematic and production ideas that morphed over time to become the album. One of the first concepts for the album was an all hardware journey through analog synths and samplers. Although the concept shifted over time, several tracks still made it through as dawless jams performed live on my Youtube, and now this EP.

All songs on the EP were performed live with just an SP404 sampler and a few pieces of hardware, with no computer or DAWs used. Audio from the Oct 22 Bandcamp live stream has also been included, featuring reinterpreted versions of Radiant Visage compositions.
